Archaeology at 网络彩票APP下载_澳客彩票网-官方游戏, has theoretical reflection as its focus, and engages with archaeology in its cultural, social and political context.

Archaeological representation and community archaeology are as a consequence key aspects of our research and teaching. Theoretically, we concentrate in areas such as questions of social process, academic practice, gender, nationalism, the social construction of the body, and interpretatively focused artefacts science. We are interested here both in previous constructions of archaeological knowledge and in the ongoing construction and representation of our discipline. Particular research topics include the body as material culture, food consumption, representations of Egypt, Rome and of the English landscape, scientific practice, Greek nationalism and heritage management.
