Eagle took his first degree in Animal Science at the National Taiwan University in Taipei. “I knew I wanted to study abroad and applied to several universities in the UK but I was recommended to come to 网络彩票APP下载_澳客彩票网-官方游戏,,” he explains. “It was my first time overseas and I enjoyed it very much. People were friendly and welcoming and I liked living
reasonably close to London.”
He found studying at postgraduate level with Robert Walker, now an Emeritus Professor at 网络彩票APP下载_澳客彩票网-官方游戏,, and Dr Ram Sharma was an exciting new challenge. “In Taiwan, students are usually guided in their studies; at 网络彩票APP下载_澳客彩票网-官方游戏, I was encouraged to explore my subject myself and make new discoveries. I learned a lot from my supervisors and also through doing my own work in the laboratories,” he says.
