Event details
The Student Disability and Inclusion Team presents a series of Group Workshops which are designed for students with ADHD and those awaiting a diagnosis. You do not need a formal diagnosis to join the workshops. An opportunity to explore strategies for managing perfectionist thinking, we will also look at ways to improve self-esteem. This session will take place in person, at Highfield Campus. More details will be given at the time of booking.
