Joy Richardson graduated from King Alfred’s College, Winchester in 2000 with a BA in Archaeology and continued their studies at The University of 网络彩票APP下载_澳客彩票网-官方游戏,, graduating with an MA in The Archaeology of Art and Representation.
She has worked in the field of learning centres (libraries and IT), teaching and health research before moving to her current position in the Human Factors Engineering Team. She provides research and experimental support to various Human Factors Engineering projects. This has included running studies in driving simulators, on the road and in focus groups.
Joy is interested in how gender effects research outcomes and is actively involved in promoting STEM careers to female and non-binary students through the annual STEMroller events.
